Category talk:ID-curious

I'm curious if we should include more scientists in this category. Thinking about it Pro-ID sounds a little like a political statement.Probably most ID scientists think ID holds potential and are investigating it, but don't hold it dogmatically.--SierraEcho 10:47, 18 June 2006 (CDT)
- Just a thought: maybe we should do away with the Pro-ID category altogether, and divide the people in it in two groups: ID-theorists (for those relatively committed to the paradigm and doing research on it) and ID-curious (for the less committed)?
- We don't want to ruin anyone's career by labeling them pro-ID :), and a switch seems it might be justified, since I haven't heard "pro" used in other past scientific controversies-- pro-steady state theory? pro-big bang? I'd stick with anti-ID for the other set, though, since they are dogmatic about it. --Arctura 12:08, 18 June 2006 (CDT)
- Very good points! I think this is a great proposal. My "online time" is currently spent preparing opening day material, anyone like to make this change in the bio's? -- JosephCCampana 21:57, 18 June 2006 (CDT)
